We were contacted by Gillian in September of 2023. Gillian is a conceptual fine artist who specializes in paintings, small sculptures, and installations. Gillian is not only a very skilled artist; she is also trained as a Reiki Master Teacher offering Reiki Treatments including Distant Reiki.

Gillian reached out to us to help her improve the SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) of her website to make it more discoverable on search engines such as Google. Firstly, we conducted an audit of her website www.gilliangoodridge.com to assess what SEO implementation was missing, and to also review the current content.

The Challenge

When conducting the audit it was evident that basic SEO had not been implemented, there were missing page titles, meta descriptions, focus keywords, and image alt tags. After implementing all of these changes, as you can see In the statistics below, there was a significant rise in traffic to the website which has continued to increase.
